The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Growth & Income plc have declared the following distribution:

Fourth interim distribution

A fourth interim distribution of 1.025 pence per ordinary share for the year ending 28^th February 2022 will be paid on 6^th May 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1^st April 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 31^st March 2022.

For this fourth interim distribution, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the distribution payment and therefore the whole of the 1.025 pence per share will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.
