In conformity with the Transparency Directive the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30^th April 2018 the Company's issued share capital consists of 93,115,643 Ordinary 1 pence shares, carrying one vote each.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30^th April 2018, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 93,115,643.

The above figure (93,115,643) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
