Change of Name

 

The Board is pleased to announce that, with effect from today, the Company has changed its name to JPMorgan UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc.  

 

The Company's shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 22 September 2021.

 

The Company's London Stock Exchange mnemonic (TIDM), ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.   Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.

 

The Company's website address will shortly be amended to www. jpmuksmallercompanies.co.uk
