                    JETCAM International Holdings Limited

                         ('JETCAM' or 'the Company')

Ivan Stern, Chief Executive, and Bill King, Development Director, the two
largest JETCAM shareholders, have each subscribed for 290,910 shares in the
Company at a price of 27.5p per share. The subscriptions fall within the
Directors' powers to allot shares for cash on a non pre-emptive basis. The
aggregate proceeds of the subscription, which amount to £160,000, will provide
additional working capital to the Company as activity increases.

Application will be made for the subscription shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. Trading is expected to commence on 15 January 2001.
