                               Issue of new Shares


The Company announces that pursuant to the acquisition of the entire issued
share capital of Libra Technologies BVBA on 1st September, 2000, the Company
has issued, fully paid, 125,000 new Ordinary Shares in satisfaction of the
deferred consideration payable.



Application was made for 125,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM') of the London Stock Exchange.
Dealings in these shares on AIM commenced on 21st December, 2001.
