                               Holding in Company

Jubilee received notification today, in accordance with part IV of the Companies
Act 1985, that there has been a change in the holding of JP Morgan Chase & Co ('
JPMCC') in the Company's equity.  This has resulted following a purchase of
150,000 shares in the Company by JPMCC's subsidiary JP Morgan Asset Management
(UK) Limited.  JPMCC currently have an interest in 7,900,765 shares in Jubilee,
representing 10.04% of the issued share capital of the company.
