('Judges Capital' or the 'Company')
Director's Interest
Judges Capital announces that, further to David Cicurel (Investments) Limited ('
DCIL') being placed in members' voluntary liquidation on 16 December 2005, the
liquidators have today distributed in specie the 526,316 ordinary shares in the
Company previously held by DCIL to David Cicurel Securities Limited ('DCSL').
DCSL owns 100% of the ordinary shares of DCIL.
This distribution does not vary the ultimate beneficial interest of David
Cicurel, Judges Capital's Chief Executive in the Company. The interests of
David Cicurel including DCSL in the Company amount to 526,356 ordinary shares of
5p each representing 14.78% of the issued ordinary share capital and to
4,166,667 convertible redeemable shares of 1p each representing 83.33% of that
class.
