Notice of General Meeting
Judges Scientific announces that at 12:30pm on 21 May 2024, following its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), it will hold a General Meeting of the Company at The Lansdowne Club, 9 Fitzmaurice Place, London W1J 5JD (the "General Meeting"). A Notice of General Meeting will shortly be posted to shareholders and made available on the Company's website at https://www.judges.uk.com.
At the General Meeting, the Company will propose a special resolution to amend its Articles of Association to require all Directors of the Company to stand for re-election annually at every AGM and to remove retirement by rotation, in accordance with corporate governance best practice. Subsequent to approval of this special resolution, all Directors not previously selected for re-election at the AGM will be proposed for re-election.
