In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Karl Sternberg, a Non-Executive Director of Jupiter, has been appointed with effect from 5 September 2024 as a Non-Executive Director of Capital Gearing Trust P.l.c. Karl will also be a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Management Engagement Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Capital Gearing Trust P.l.c. Board.
