Appointment of Mr. Simon Baker to the Board

The Board of Directors of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Simon Baker to serve as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from today, 1 July 2015.

Mr. Baker is a former fund manager who served as the head of Jupiter's green investment department between 1994 and his retirement from fund management in 2006. In that capacity he was the lead portfolio manager of both of the Company's predecessors, the Jupiter International Green Investment Trust PLC, which rolled over in 2001 into the Jupiter Global Green Investment Trust PLC, which he ran until handing over responsibility for the portfolio to Charlie Thomas in 2003. The Jupiter Global Green Investment Trust PLC rolled over into Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC in 2006.

Mr. Baker has served as both managing director and, subsequently, as chairman of Tideford Organic Foods (where he continues to serve as a director). He also acts as a trustee of various charity, sporting and educational trusts. He is the former chairman of Torquay United Football Club.

Mr. Baker has confirmed that he has nothing to disclose pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
