Blocklisting and Warrant Exercise

The Board of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that
an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange plc for a block listing of 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each
in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock
Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will, upon issue,
rank pari pasu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares and dealings
are expected to commence, subject to allotment, at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 13
August 2008.
The Company further announces that it has received notice from the holders of
152,790 Warrants that they wish to exercise their right to convert into Ordinary
Shares. The Company will issue and allot out of the above block listing 152,790
Ordinary Shares arising from the exercise of Warrants at the subscription price
of 100p per Ordinary share, conditional on admission to the Official List and
the commencement of dealings on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"),
expected to take place on 13 August 2008.
The remaining 4,347,210 Ordinary Shares under the block listing may be issued,
in whole or in part, for cash from time to time provided that such issues will
be made at prices above the then prevailing fully diluted Net Asset Value per
Ordinary Share of the Company.
Issued share Capital for the Purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules

Upon exercise of the 152,790 Warrants, there would be a total of 8,323,834
outstanding Warrants and 45,852,821 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company holds
360,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market
should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of
45,492,821 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.

Monthly fact sheets for the Company are available for download from
www.jupiteronline.co.uk and by post or fax on request from the company
secretarial department.
The Company's Ordinary shares and Warrants are listed on the London Stock
Exchange and the prices are published in the Financial Times under `Investment
Companies'.
The Net Asset Values of the Company's Ordinary are calculated weekly and can be
viewed on the London Stock Exchange website at www.londonstockexchange.com
(under the heading `Market News').
