Final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2018

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 1.30p per Ordinary share for the year ended 31 March 2018. The final dividend will be paid on 5 October 2018 to those Ordinary shareholders on the register as at 14 September 2018. The ex-dividend date is 13 September 2018.
