Transaction in Own Shares

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that it has today purchased 20,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 93.0p per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is 35,885,025 shares of which 3,264,834 are held in Treasury.

For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 32,620,191when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.
