The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC as at 28th
January 2008 was £52.676 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have been
110.35p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 112.22p.
