The Company announces that the unaudited estimate of the total assets of Jupiter Green Investment Trust Plc as at 4th
February 2008 was £55.258 million. The diluted net asset value of the Company's Ordinary shares is estimated to have
been 115.01p and the undiluted net asset value is estimated to have been 117.73p.
