The following amendments have been made to the Purchase of own shares announcement released on 1 March 2024 at 17.05 under RNS No 3402F.

In the second paragraph, the shares held in treasury was amended from 14,487,320 to 14,528,226.

And

In the third paragraph, the total voting rights in issue was amended from 19,237,628 to 19,196,732

All other details remain unchanged.

Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that it has purchased 46,128 of its Ordinary shares at 191.50 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase the issued share capital of the Company is 33,724,958 Ordinary shares, of which 14,528,226 are held in treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 19,196,732 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
