                      Transaction in Own Shares
Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that  it
has today purchased 250,000 of  the Company's Ordinary shares at  86p
per share to be held in Treasury.
Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is
44,347,831 shares of which 610,000 are held in Treasury.
For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency  Rules
the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should  use
the figure of  43,737,831 when  determining if they  are required  to
notify their interest in, or a  change to their interest in,  Jupiter
Green Investment Trust PLC.
