Transaction in Own Shares

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that it has today
purchased 456,590 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 89.75p per share for
cancellation.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is
43,891,814 shares of which 3,021,885 are held in Treasury.

For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market
should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of
40,869,929 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.
