Update re Publication of Circular

Just Retirement notes the announcement earlier today by Partnership Assurance Group plc ("Partnership Assurance") that it is today posting its scheme document in respect of the recommended all-share merger between Partnership Assurance and Just Retirement to create JRP Group plc (the "Proposed Merger"). By way of update to the indicative timetable for the Proposed Merger, Just Retirement notifies that its shareholder circular regarding the Proposed Merger (the "Circular") is not being posted to Just Retirement Shareholders today (pending finalisation of the Circular) and, therefore, its General Meeting will not now be held on 23 November 2015.

The delay in posting the Circular is not expected to impact the overall timetable for the Proposed Merger, which is still expected to complete around late December 2015.
