Declaration of Interim Dividend

The Directors of JZ Capital Partners Limited have decided, in the light of the increase in the top rate of income tax in the UK un the next tax year, to advance the dividend that it would have recommended as a final dividend in respect of its year ended 28^th February 2010 and to pay it as a second interim prior to the commencement of the next tax year.

Accordingly the Directors have declared a second interim dividend in respect of that year of 6.5cents per share which will be payable on 1^st April 2010 to the holders of Ordinary Shares on the register at the close of business on 12^th March 2010, having an ex-dividend date of 10^th March 2010.

Holders of Ordinary Shares will have received notification that they can elect to receive dividends in Sterling rather than US dollars. Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 12^th March 2010. 

Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars.
