Decision Re Final Dividend For The Period To 28 February 2009

On 22 May 2009, the Board of Directors of JZ Capital Partners Limited ('JZCP' or the 'Company') announced that it would not make a decision whether to recommend a final dividend for the period to 28 February 2009 until the offer of Ordinary shares and the offer of New ZDP shares were completed.  

Having just asked shareholders to subscribe further capital the Board has decided that it would not be appropriate at this moment to recommend any such dividend.

However, it remains the policy of the Board in future to return to ordinary shareholders substantially all of the Company's net cash income.
