JZ Capital Partners, the London listed private equity fund which invests in high quality US and European micro-cap companies, was notified that the Company's Founder and Investment Adviser, David Zalaznick, sold 1,716,934 ordinary shares in the Company at £4.00 per share on 19 November 2014.

Following this purchase, David Zalaznick holds a total of 6,000,443 ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.23% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
