Confirmation of Total Voting Rights

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that, following the December RNS announcement 1489T09, as at 31 December 2011 the Company's share capital consisted of 37,319,238.00 ordinary shares. Each ordinary share carries one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 37,319,238

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
