DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Board of K3, the IT solutions provider to the supply chain industry, received notification on 20 September 2010 that Mr David Bolton, Chief Financial Officer, has agreed to transfer with immediate effect 5,600 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 134.78p per share.

Following these transactions, there are no changes to Mr Bolton's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company.  Mr Bolton holds 886,800 Ordinary Shares of 25p each, representing 3.47 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
