('K3' or 'the Company')

Exercise of Options

K3 announces that application has been made for the admission of 14,000 new ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options by an employee.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.  Admission of the 14,000 new Ordinary Shares is expected to be effective from 28 December 2012. Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 28,585,841 Ordinary Shares of 25p each. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury.
