K3, which provides IT solutions to mid-tier retailers and manufacturers,
announces that Executive Chairman, Tom Milne, will be assuming the role of
Non-executive Chairman. This change takes immediate effect and follows the
successful conclusion of his executive role within the retail software division.

Tom was responsible for the restructuring of the retail software division and in
particular, initiated the creation of sector specific business units within the
division in order to drive sales in key markets. Having successfully completed
the programme, Tom will continue to provide strategic advice in his role as
Non-executive Chairman.

Andy Makeham, Chief Executive of K3, said,

and building our sector specific verticals. He has a wealth of experience in the
