Result of Rights Issue

RAP announces that its Rights Issue to raise approximately £1.9 million, net
of expenses, has been completed.  3,565,197 New Ordinary Shares of the
12,825,841 New Ordinary Shares offered by way of rights, representing
approximately 28% of the issue, were taken up by qualifying shareholders or
their renouncees.  The balance has been taken up by the underwriter of the
issue.
