Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Grant of Options

Crossrider (AIM:CROS), the online distribution and digital product company, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Moran Laufer as permanent Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. The confirmation follows Mr Laufer's appointment as Acting Chief Financial Officer on 19 August 2016.

As part of his appointment Mr Laufer has been granted 634,950 ordinary share options. The options are exercisable at a price of 36.5 pence per share and will be issued in an initial tranche of 25% of the total grant in year 1, with further quarterly tranches of 6.25% being issued thereafter for a total of twelve quarters.

1,597,320 options have also been granted to certain members of staff on the same basis.
