Crossrider (AIM:CROS) the creator of digital advertising platforms specialising in monetising web and mobile media through the use of big data, announces that following the issue of 33,034 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's blocklisting to satisfy the exercises of options by staff under the Company's Global Option Plan and the repurchase of 3,924,289 Ordinary Shares by the Company, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 144,571,784 Ordinary Shares with voting rights, and a further 3,924,289 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Crossrider plc is therefore 144,571,784 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Crossrider plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
