C J Yates, a director of the Company, has advised the Company that his personal pension plan acquired 90,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("ordinary shares") at a price of 2.625 p per share on 28 November 2012.  Following this transaction, C J Yates is beneficially interested in 90,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
