POTENTIAL JOINT VENTURE OF ARTVIN PROJECT
KEFI Minerals announces that it has invited selected mining companies to
consider an exploration joint venture arrangement in relation to the Company's
100%-owned Artvin Project in northeastern Turkey. Several expressions of
interest have been received and five confidentiality agreements have been
signed. Should such a joint venture arrangement be entered into it would serve
to accelerate exploration on the large (254 km2) Artvin Project area.
The Company will update the market in due course with any further developments.
