Keller Group plc announces that Gillian Atkinson, wife of director Justin
Atkinson, has sold 2,650 ordinary shares in the company at 336p per share on 25
March 2002. Mr Atkinson has subsequently today purchased 2,650 ordinary shares
at 336p per share.

As a result of these transactions, Mr Atkinson's beneficial interest in the
Company's ordinary issued share capital remains unchanged.
