Keller Group plc announces the following directors' transactions:


On 25 March 2003, options were granted to the following directors to subscribe
for the number of ordinary shares indicated next to their names at an exercise
price of 251p per share.   The options, with an effective date of grant of 13
March 2003, are exercisable between 13 March 2006 and 12 March 2013, subject to
the satisfaction of performance targets:-
