Keller Group plc announces that Mr Justin Atkinson, a director of the Company,
has today exercised an option over 8,700 ordinary shares in the Company and has
transferred 4,375 ordinary shares to his spouse, Mrs Gillian Atkinson, for nil
consideration.   Mr Justin and Mrs Gillian Atkinson have each sold 4,375
ordinary shares at 283p per share.



Following these transactions Mr Atkinson has a beneficial interest in 32,608
ordinary shares in the Company.
