Keller Group plc announces that Justin Atkinson, a director of the Company, has
today transferred 4,293 ordinary shares to his spouse, Mrs Gillian Atkinson, for
nil consideration.   Mr Atkinson's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary
shares is unchanged as a result of this transaction.
