Keller Group plc has been advised that Terratest Tecnicas Especiales SA
('Terratest') has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
251p per share on Thursday 2 September 2004. Terratest is a connected person of
Mr Pedro Lopez Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.


Following this purchase, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the
Company is 5,711,985 representing 8.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
