Supplemental Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Kendrick Resources Plc (LSE:KEN), a mineral exploration and development company with vanadium, nickel and copper projects in Scandinavia, announces that it has posted a supplemental notice in respect of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("Supplemental Notice") of the members of the Company to be held at Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday 27 July 2023.

 

The Supplemental Notice sets out one additional resolution number 8 to be proposed in respect of the re-election of Martyn Churchouse as a director of the Company.  Resolutions 1 to 7 contained in the original notice of AGM have not changed and remain valid and the location, date and time of the 2023 Annual General Meeting have not changed.

 

The Supplemental Notice will be available on the Company's website www.kendrickresources.com. In the interests of the environment, please refrain from printing this document unless absolutely necessary.
