Disclosure of Voting Rights in Shares

With effect from 20 Janaury 2007, the EU Transparency Directive was
incorporated into UK law. As you are probably aware, we are required
to re-state our current notifiable interest in your company by using
the new TR-1 standard notification form by the 20 March 2007.

In accordance with the DTR TP 7 pursuant to the Transparency
Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument
