Listing Authority, the Company advises that Mr. Ian Egan, a
non-executive director of Kenmare, has been appointed to the board of
Simba Mines Inc., a US publicly quoted company.
Simba is a junior exploration company holding interests in copper
areas in Angola and copper cobalt areas in the Democratic Republic of
the Congo.
