Kerry Group plc advises that it purchased 1,596,400 A Ordinary Shares on 7 June
2007. The highest price paid for these A Ordinary Shares was €20.90 and the
lowest price paid was €20.80.

All of these A Ordinary Shares repurchased will be cancelled. Following this
repurchase the number of A Ordinary Shares in issue is 180,876,535.
