The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 02.04.2024 at 14:55 under RNS No. 0130J:

The total number of voting rights figure has been updated.  The original announcement incorrectly stated that voting rights were one vote for every ordinary share, rather than one vote for every ten ordinary shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.R we would like to notify the market of the following:

Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc ('the Company')'s capital consists of 67,593,995 ordinary shares.  The Company holds 7,102,130 ordinary shares in Treasury as at 31 March 2024. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 6,049,186 as at 31 March 2024 (representing 60,491,865 ordinary shares, carrying one vote for every ten ordinary shares).

The above figure (6,049,186) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
