Keystone Investment Trust PLC capital consists of 67,593,995 ordinary shares. Keystone Investment Trust PLC holds 6,218,919 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Keystone Investment Trust PLC is 61,375,076 as at 31 December 2023.

The above figure (61,375,076) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Keystone Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
