Andrew Day, Chief Executive of Keywords, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Andrew for his positive contribution to the Group over the last two years. During his tenure, the Group has grown from 10 to 23 facilities across Europe, North and South America and Asia and achieved a near five-fold increase in revenues through organic growth and nine acquisitions."
"We are delighted to welcome David to the Group. His extensive experience of working as a senior member of management teams within a number of high growth businesses will no doubt prove invaluable as we continue to develop Keywords Studios both organically and by acquisition."
