to PDMR/directors of the Company, valued at 1065.0p per share, in satisfaction
of conditional awards made under the Kier Group 1999 Long Term Incentive Plan:
Mr J Dodds: 10,556 shares
Mr I M Lawson: 2,205 shares
Miss D E Mattar: 9,770 shares
Mr P M Sheffield: 2,205 shares
Mr R W Side: 4,411 shares
Mr R W Simkin: 2,205 shares
Mr P J Staniland: 2,205 shares - PDMR
Following these transactions their total shareholdings were:
Mr J Dodds: 587,162 shares 1.64% of the issued share capital
Mr I M Lawson: 3,773 shares 0.01% of the issued share capital
Miss D E Mattar: 67,756 shares 0.19% of the issued share capital
Mr M P Sheffield: 20,274 shares 0.06% of the issued share capital
