Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 19 March 2018 that, also on 19 March 2018, Mr Adam Walker, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 2,000 shares held jointly with his wife, Mrs Yvonne Walker, to be held solely by Mrs Yvonne Walker.  The shares were transferred for nil consideration.
