Group All Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of
503p for the beneficial ownership of the following:

Mr C R W Busby - 24 shares

Mr J Dodds - 24 shares

Mr M P W Scarth - 24 shares

Miss D E Mattar - 24 shares

Following these transactions their beneficial holdings were:

Mr Busby - 601,396 shares (1.8% of the issued share capital)

Mr Dodds - 545,943 shares (1.6% of the issued share capital)

Mr Scarth - 404,990 shares (1.2% of the issued share capital)

Miss Mattar - 8,152 shares (0.02% of the issued share capital)
