ordinary shares at a price of 694.3p per share instead of cash in respect of the
interim dividend for the year ending 30 June 2004:

Miss D E Mattar:          285 shares
Mr R W Side:               32 shares
Mr P T Warry:              63 shares

Following these transactions their total shareholdings were:

Mr R W Gregory:           17,197 shares - 0.05% of issued capital.
Miss D E Mattar:          34,104 shares - 0.10% of issued capital.
Mr R W Side:             153,780 shares - 0.43% of issued capital.
