KIER GROUP PLC
BOARD CHANGE
The Board of Kier Group plc announces that Robert Gregory, the executive
director responsible for the housing division, is stepping down from the Board
and his executive role with immediate effect. For the time being the operating
company managing directors for the housebuilding businesses will report directly
to John Dodds, Kier Group Chief Executive.
Trading in the housing business has been in line with expectations since the
announcement of the Interim results in March 2005 and the business remains on
track to achieve its full year target.
Peter Warry, Kier Group Chairman said:
"Robert has made an important contribution to the development of the
housebuilding business during the past 11 years. The Board would like to thank
him for his efforts and wish him every success in his chosen path."
