All shares were purchased from GSI as an "on exchange" transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange. Date of Purchase: 11 July 2022 Total number of shares purchased: 39,541 Volume Weighted Average price paid per share: 2.4815 Highest price paid per share: 2.4970 Lowest price paid per share: 2.4670 To date, Kingfisher has purchased 30,279,851 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation from GSI in connection with the first tranche of the Programme.
