Bilby Plc, a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, announces that it received notification of the following purchases of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  

Holdings of the directors of the Company are detailed in the table below.

The Company was notified on 27 April 2020 that David Bullen and his PCAs transferred 235,280 Ordinary Shares to his ISA at a price of 17.03p per Ordinary Share on 27 April 2020 (the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, there is no change to Mr. Bullen's beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares in the Company, as outlined above.
